These cinnamon rolls are a holiday recipe that Kim grew up with, and continues to make for her family. The recipe makes a very large batch, perfect for sharing, and they’re flaky and delicious with a cup of tea or coffee. They’re unlike most cinnamon rolls - the dough is essentially a pie crust, so that says a lot. Kim was gracious enough to send me home with a few, and they didn’t last long at my house. They’re fairly quick to put together, and they freeze well, too.
